Grigrimatic

Siihen loppui kolmen päivän putki. Tänään kulki selvästi väsyneemmin, alkoi jo suorastaan tökkimään. Lämmittelyn jälkeen tuntui ku flunssa ois tulossa, eli rajoilla ollaan.

Laskeskelin, että sellaset 600 metriä kolmessa päivässä tuli muovia kahlattua, ihan jees. Ens viikolla taas lisää plastikkia. Otin tänään loppuillasta pienen testipalan, tiukan vertin kutosen, kohtalaisen hyvä reitti, valkonen. Eli metrien rosvoilu lipsahti greidin hunttaamisen puolelle.

Summary. Last three days I tried to get my old torso back to the wall. Get things going again. This time the start was planned to be as much moves as possible. Climbing hundreds of meters of 4th grade. Motivation is high, flow is good, bodyweight is high. Third day felt quite taxated. Perhaps next week climbing will be two times two, one break in between. That might be best for miling in my case. I'm becoming chilifreak like so many other climbers.

  1. haha... 'old torso'

I think this way is pretty good for keeping an andurance. But I'd like to ask: do you combine the an-aerobic training with the aerobic-way one? Once, guys told me that it's quite useful to combine both to see some improvement. I should personaly work now on AN now (on a fgboard), but I'm so increadibly lazy.

I'm really looking forward to climbing outdoor. This winter seems to be crazy. Vojtech

    1. Moro!
Answer: No, I don't. But later, yes.
At the moment (for me) it's just getting back to shape. Climbing accurately and as much as possible. Clean climbing, but relatively fast. Flow makes it more enjoyable and creates self-esteem for granite.

Simply put: the more you work for it, the better you will become.
      Cheers!
