Mr. Le Mauvais in Fontainebleau 2009 memories 32

Easter week was spent in the forests of Fontainebleau. My first time in this legendary place. Before the trip I had dedicated alot of time checking movies, topos, maps, websites.. of climbing in font, u know the regular planning, but still, experiencing the place was more like, hmmm.. heaven for bouldernist! Just incredible, incredible, ffffking incredible!

At bas Cuvier it was a festifal feeling, place was totally packed with people. Easter sunday, you see. I enjoyed the atmosphere, people all around europe gathered around the same stones. 

Before the trip I somehow managed to catch last minute flu and that was it for me, unfortunately. Of course it's nicer to be sick in France than at home, yeah! But bouldering, no way. I think, that I was the only one in our group who had skin left in the fingers after a week in the hoods.

Next day, Cul de Chien, second tourist attraction. Quite packed with people, but again I liked it. Festifal feeling! Henri le petit climbed the roof of the cul de chein 7a (pic below), after a beer and a nap, congrats Henkka! Hei, etsä voi tehdä noin! Totta kai mä voin, koska mä oon pikkuhenkan veli!! Saattaa... tää unta olla saattaa..

In the picture gettin crowded at the top, the land mark of Cul de Chein. Jussi cranking up bilbo. Guys did 12 meter highballs or should we call them rather deathballs.. The trip was totally perfect, good food, good friends, only good weather,  thanks to everyone in our team, cu again.

Fontsu,.. siis en voi kommentoida, ku menee tunteelliseks. Tein Klemelle kolmen vartin leffan häälahjaksi meidän sessioista. Jokaisen joka boulderoi, pitää käydä fontsussa. Niin simplee se on.
